GATSBY
kimbersrebellion:
Just watched The Great Gatsby. Taking out “Her voice is full of money” really changes things, doesn’t it? I thought that was kind of the key line of the book. Luckily, as usual with this particular story, I do not really care about the central dilemmas, I just want to dress up like a flapper, get drunk, and party. And I never get drunk and party.
suilab:
so i know that this has nothing to do with the point of the book, but what pisses me off the most is when Tom is calling out Daisy for cheating on him with Gatsby while nobody calls Tom out on cheating with Myrtle yet everybody knew about it
theuntitledpiece:
how awkward are you on a scale of Gatsby at his parties to Gatsby attempting to fix a clock
stupidteenagefangirl:
I just saw The Great Gatsby and
was not prepared. I should’ve read the book.

“Was all this made entirely from your own imagination?”
“No. You were there all along. In every idea. In every decision.”
